Key Responsibilities
- Transform executive initiatives into actionable product plans through user research and business goal alignment
- Develop product roadmaps with stakeholder-approved timelines and deliverables
- Create wireframes, user journeys, and flows to communicate design concepts effectively
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement innovative solutions
- Establish design systems and maintain UI/UX best practices
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and scenario-based design methodologies
- Strong understanding of international user habits and aesthetic preferences
- Fluent English with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX work (submission required)
Preferred:
- Previous internship experience at fintech or tech companies
- Knowledge of financial product design principles
