What Is Market Maker Integration?
Market Maker (MM) integration supplements the existing Automated Market Maker (AMM) with additional liquidity sources, enhancing traders’ experience through improved liquidity, better prices, and seamless execution.

How Does MM Integration Work?
- Enter trade details on the swap interface.
- PancakeSwap fetches live quotes from MMs and AMMs.
- Best price (MM or AMM) is auto-selected.
- User confirms transaction.
- Tokens are swapped via smart contract.
Fees:
- MM trades: 0.05% (0.01% for stablecoins) – paid by MMs.
- AMM trades: Standard 0.25% fee.

Impact on Liquidity Providers (LPs)
LPs continue earning 0.17% trading fees and CAKE rewards. MMs do not receive CAKE incentives.
